Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Home & Community (Part-Time) 
Part-Time | $50–$70 per hour (based on experience) | Portsmouth, NH

  • Hourly rate: $50–$70 per hour (based on experience and market)

Role Overview 
As a Part-Time Home & Community BCBA, you'll provide behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and clinical supervision in natural environments. You'll collaborate closely with families, technicians, and clinical leaders to support meaningful, real-world skill development—on a schedule that works for you. 
What You'll Do 
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) 
  • Utilize developmentally appropriate assessments, including Vineland-3 and others as appropriate 
  • Provide ABA services in home and community settings 
  • Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making 
  • Coach caregivers and Behavior Technicians on evidence-based strategies 
  • Supervise RBTs/Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity (as applicable) 
  • Deliver caregiver training to promote skill generalization 
  • Implement proactive behavior support and crisis prevention strategies 
  • Participate in clinical meetings and trainings as available

Qualifications 
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field 
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing 
  • Minimum of 2+ years of ABA experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities 
  • Experience conducting FBAs and writing BIPs 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, high-quality care 
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
