Role description: Arcadis is seeking an experienced and capable Senior Digital EHS&S Implementation Consultant to lead the design and delivery of EHS&S software solutions using Intelex. This role is ideal for a handson consultant with strong EHS&S domain knowledge and platform expertise who can guide clients through complex implementations and deliver highquality digital solutions.

In this role, you will work with project teams to gather EHS&S related business requirements, translate them into written specifications and configure, test and roll out EHS&S software and tools. You will support business leaders in the successful configuration, implementation, and deployment EHS&S software tools. This could include developing specifications, system configuration, integration, system testing, training, rollout, support, maintenance, enhancement, and improvements as required to meet overall business objectives of clients.

Role accountabilities: Work as part of teams that lead our clients through the lifecycle of the Intelex EHS&S software system configuration and deployment. This includes working with clients to understand, refine and document their needs and requirements in design specification, configuration of the system, conducting system testing, and executing use acceptance plans and final system preparation for go-live. Serve in a configuration and deployment role for EHS software system.

Provide strategic advice and direction to clients on best practices for system design and configuration. Work directly with clients when defining and confirming their specific requirements. Serve as a power user of collaborative technology and champion new and innovative solutions within established and emerging technical architectures mainly focusing on the Intelex software.

We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic and a team player mindset with excellent communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate effectively with colleagues and client facing. This position may involve travel of up to 10% to client sites and customer meetings.

Qualifications & Experience: 3+ years of experience working within and configuring the Intelex EHS&S (Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability) software solutions Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related, or equivalent work experience. Preferred experience with some of the following domains: air quality, incident management, safety, management of change, audit, sustainability, environmental, compliance data management, enterprise risk management, product stewardship, occupational health, management systems or quality management systems.
