Job description

Buscamos terapeutas bilingรผes (espaรฑol/inglรฉs) en Carolina del Norte

Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English associate clinicians (LMHCA or LCSWA) in the Morganton and Hickory area of Western North Carolina. This is a part-time W2 remote role with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and consistent Monโ€“Fri afternoon hours.

The Morganton and Hickory area is home to one of the largest Guatemalan Mayan communities in the United States โ€” a community with extraordinary need for culturally competent mental health care and almost no bilingual clinical resources to meet it. If you speak Spanish, have experience with or connection to Latin American communities, and want to serve students who rarely get access to care that understands them โ€” this role is for you.

What Makes This Different

  • Free supervision โ€” weekly 1:1 and group supervision, fully covered
  • Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows
  • $35/hr individual sessions (12+) | $45/hr family therapy
  • Part-time W2 โ€” stable, predictable employment
  • Fully remote โ€” work from home anywhere in North Carolina
  • Monโ€“Fri 3โ€“8 PM โ€” afternoons and evenings only
  • No billing, no credentialing, no admin โ€” we handle everything

The Work

You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to Kโ€“12 students across North Carolina, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. Weekly individual and group supervision and case consultations are a core part of the role.

What You Need

  • Active LMHCA or LCSWA in North Carolina (required โ€” we are not able to hire pre-licensure or other license types at this time)
  • Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
  • Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
  • Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
  • Available Monโ€“Fri 3โ€“8 PM

Preferred

  • Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
  • Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
  • Familiarity with or connection to Guatemalan or Mayan communities
Pay Range
$35โ€”$45 USD
