Develop and implement marketing and communication activities that strengthen the Sunrise Services brand, increase awareness of its programs, support employee recruitment, and contribute to service-line growth. This position creates digital and printed content, manages social media and marketing campaigns, supports community outreach and events, and measures the effectiveness of marketing activities. The position works closely with executive leadership, Human Resources, and program leaders to ensure that communications are accurate, consistent, professional, and aligned with Sunrise's mission and values.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Create advertising materials

  • Work collaboratively with the outside marketing groups.

  • Website content and updates

  • Social media planning and management

  • Digital advertising and email campaigns

  • Brand standards and consistent messaging

  • Recruitment marketing

  • Community outreach and referral-source development

  • Marketing analytics and performance reporting

  • Vendor and advertising-budget coordination

  • Managing online reputation and review management, if applicable

  • Increasing the growth of market share and market studies are critical for our industry.

  • Promoting events as well as advertising campaigns.

  • Meeting with management to consistently understand communication needs.

  • Reviewing marketing projects and gathering materials about competitive companies in their field.

  • All wages depend on applicable experience, license, and education.

Schedule:
  • Part-time, flexible.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or, communications, public relations, business, graphic design, or another directly related field. May substitute relevant work experience for education on a year-for-year basis.
    • Experience: 3 years experience as Marketing Specialist required.

    • Other Considerations:

      • DSHS background clearance required.
      • Valid WA state driver's license

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

      • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products, Adobe, AI agents, Canva

      • Strong knowledge of marketing best practices
