Job Description RCS Staffing has an immediate need for a Licensing & Titling Support Specialist in Charlotte, NC. This is a part time, onsite assignment with our client. Overview of YOUR role as a Licensing & Titling Support Specialist You will assist and support the licensing, titling, and permitting needs of a large commercial fleet.

This role also includes administrative support of the company's fleet fuel card program and requires a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail. As a Licensing & Titling Support Specialist, YOU will: Assist with vehicle licensing, titling, and permitting activities Administer and manage fleet fuel card information and requests Handle sensitive employee and company information with discretion Complete administrative duties including mailing, filing, and paperwork processing Pull and organize data from internal IT systems Manage and manipulate Excel spreadsheets and tracking tools YOU are the ideal Licensing & Titling Support Specialist candidate if you have: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, basic formulas) Ability to work independently and stay organized It's a BONUS if you have: Prior experience in licensing, titling, or permitting work A current North Carolina notary public certification Experience handling administrative tasks in a fleet or transportation setting Note: If not currently a notary, you must be able to obtain certification within 60 days of hire.
