Summary:

The Post Closer/Mortgage Documents Specialist processes closing packages and ensures Notes and Allonges reach warehouse banks as expeditiously as possible, adhering to company policies and procedures. The incumbent also ships documents as requested by colleagues and takes in mail and other packages.ย ย ย 


Essential Job Functions:

  • Take in US mail and carrier packages, sort and distribute as needed
  • Process closing packages, ship Notes and Allonges, and document per office policies and procedures
  • Ship other documents as requestedย 
  • May drop off packages at UPS Store
  • Take in returned equipment and store
  • Other duties as requested



Requirements

Qualifications and Abilities:

  • Associate's degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Self-motivated, "can-do" attitude
  • Maturity, work ethic, and focus to get the job done reliably
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • General knowledge of mortgage products and processes
