Job Title: Receptionist/Leasing Agent
Job Description
Join our team as a Leasing Agent, where you will play a crucial role in managing tenant relations, showcasing properties, and ensuring smooth operations within our real estate framework. This position involves interacting with potential tenants, addressing maintenance requests, and supporting the sales team.
Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound tenant phone calls.
  • Conduct tours for potential tenants of vacant apartment properties.
  • Create and manage maintenance requests within the internal database.
  • Qualify applicants and register them in the system.
  • Coordinate contractors for maintenance issues and communicate with landlords as necessary.
  • Maintain and update property files.
  • Compile, print, and distribute property lists.
  • Handle day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Assist sales team members with various duties.
  • File general office paperwork and sales documentation.
  • Prepare reports when needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure availability.

Essential Skills
  • 1-2 years of administrative or front desk experience
