As an Optician, you will play a pivotal role in our patient's experience with us. Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Care: Assist patients with frame selection, ensuring comfort, style, and functionality.
  • Prescription Interpretation: Accurately interpret optical prescriptions and provide suitable lens options.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by addressing patient concerns, adjusting frames, and performing repairs.
  • Sales Support: Utilize your training and knowledge to educate patients on the benefits of different lens materials, coatings, and frame styles, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations, including proper documentation and adherence to all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Licensing: Must hold a valid Dispensing Optician License in the state of Massachusetts.
