In this position, you will be an essential part of the residential care team, helping maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment. You will work closely with the Program Manager and other staff to provide day-to-day supervision, encouragement, and practical support to clients as they progress through treatment and stabilization.

Your work will directly contribute to helping clients build routines, strengthen recovery skills, and maintain a healthy living environment for themselves and their children.
