As a Part-Time Digital Marketing Coordinator you'll provide general support to the Marketing team as assigned.

Digital Marketing Coordinator is a part-time exempt role on the Marketing Team and reports to the Director of Marketing.

How You'll Contribute:
  • Execute on Marketing initiatives as assigned 
    • Research target accounts 

    • Targeted promotion of events and webinars

    • Support social media posting as assigned

    • Execute campaign outreach as assigned

  • Maintain accurate records  
    • Ensure Salesforce data is complete 

    • Upload and complete lead and event attendance data

    • General data entry and administrative support

  • Provide executive assistance to the Director of Marketing as assigned
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Baseline Expectation:

    • 1-2 years in an office setting

    • Previous experience with social media management

    • Ability to work autonomously in an outcome-based work environment

    • Creative problem solver

    • Be inquisitive and curious, ask lots of questions, and engage in critical thinking

    • Strong collaboration skills including excellent written and verbal communication, engaging in active listening, and providing feedback

    • Confidence with technology & online platforms, such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and AI tools

    • Detail-focused organizational and task management skills

  • Extra Credit:

    • Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, or HubSpot 

    • Experience with nonprofit business process or fundraising

    • Digital Marketing degree, or other creative background 

    • Strong relationship builder with the ability to quickly establish trust and rapport
