What you will need:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field โ€” or equivalent experience.
โ€ข 3โ€“5 years of direct recruiting experience; A/E/C industry experience preferred.
โ€ข Solid knowledge of recruiting methods, best practices, and employment law (federal, state, and local).
โ€ข Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
โ€ข Strong presentation and interviewing skills.
โ€ข Proven experience sourcing through platforms such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
โ€ข Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.
โ€ข Experience with reporting and recruitment metrics.
โ€ข Ability to recruit across a range of positions, from early career to senior leadership.
