We are seeking someone who is consistently available 5 hours per day ( 9 to 2 EST), and who is located in the Eastern Standard time zone in order to coordinate internal and external meetings and deadlines. All candidates will be asked to provide a link to their portfolio, professional references, and confirmation of their scheduling availability. We look forward to hearing from you.

  • Create motion graphics, animations, and video edits for digital content
  • Support the development of social media assets, including short-form video and animated content
  • Assist with website and digital design projects using Figma
  • Collaborate with creative leadership and project teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
  • Maintain organized files and follow established creative workflows

Requirements

    • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
    • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy
    • Ability to work within established brand guidelines with accuracy and consistency
    • Strong production skills and excellent attention to detail
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including:

    • Proficiency in Figma for digital design, collaboration, and presentation
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
  • Experience supporting established brands and large-scale marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of digital design systems and responsive web design
  • Experience preparing files for print production
  • Knowledge of animation principles and video storytelling
  • Ability to identify design or production issues before they impact timelines
