As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play an important role in shaping the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate is professional, motivated, and goal-oriented. Responsibilities

  • Greet and receive prospects and customers.
  • Friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees
  • Refers customers with additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate staff member.
  • Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance.
  • Assist with various clerical duties as needed
