Job description

We are currently seeking a part-time Dealership Driver to support our Sales operations. This role is ideal for a reliable, professional driver who is comfortable handling a variety of driving assignments, including dealership transfers, customer-related trips, long-distance travel, and local errands.

This position plays an important role in keeping dealership operations running smoothly by ensuring timely and safe transportation of vehicles, parts, documents, and occasional customer-related needs.

No commercial driving experience is required, but candidates must have a clean driving record and a strong sense of responsibility. Prior experience in delivery driving, chauffeur services, logistics, or dealership work is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Transport vehicles between dealership locations, auction sites, vendors, and customers (DX trips)
  • Complete long-distance driving assignments as needed
  • Perform small errand runs, including bank deposits, document deliveries, and parts pickups
  • Safely deliver and retrieve customer or dealership vehicles
  • Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and returned in the same condition
  • Maintain accurate trip logs and follow dealership procedures
  • Communicate effectively with managers, and sales staff
  • Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety policies at all times
  • Assist with general dealership support tasks when driving duties are light

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record (required)
  • Comfortable with local and long-distance driving (long distance can range from 30 min to 8+ hours)
  • Dependable, punctual, and responsible
  • Strong attention to detail and vehicle care
  • Ability to follow directions and manage scheduled trips independently
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to lift light items (documents, small parts, etc.)
  • Previous driving, delivery, or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule when needed
