Job description

As a BMW of Brooklyn Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership and will set the tone for providing the ultimate customer experience at BMW of Brooklyn. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for handling busy call volume, answering customer questions and setting appointments as necessary and filing.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the fast-paced sales team
  • Greet customers as they enter the dealership
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Act as a liaison between sales Managers and Client Advisors
  • Process payments
