Job description

Digital Reach Agency is a fully remote, full-service digital marketing agency focused on helping B2B SaaS and Tech companies grow smarter and scale faster. Our mission is to provide clarity in marketing performance and operations, enabling our clients to confidently make data-driven decisions. Internally, we bring that same level of clarity to our own teams through strong data systems and reporting infrastructure.

Role Overview We're hiring a Business Intelligence Strategist to join our internal operations team on a part-time contract basis. You'll focus exclusively on building and maintaining dashboards that support core departments: Finance, GTM, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations. This is a highly strategic, cross-functional role that combines hands‐on data work with larger reporting architecture planning.

This is a remote contract position for approximately 20 hours/week, starting immediately. Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and scale live automated dashboards for internal teams across Finance, GTM, Sales, Marketing, CX, and Operations Develop internal data pipelines and frameworks using Google BigQuery, Power BI, and Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) Connect, model, and map data from various sources (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Harvest) to support real‐time reporting Collaborate with department leaders to understand reporting needs and develop dashboards that provide clarity and insights Maintain and improve reporting accuracy, speed, and scalability across systems. Contribute to internal reporting strategy and help shape Digital Reach's internal data infrastructure Requirements What We're Looking For 2-5+ years of experience Strong experience with Google BigQuery and Power BI Experience working with Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools Deep understanding of marketing, sales, and operational data structures Proficiency with data modeling, warehousing, and connecting APIs Experience working with data sources like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), QuickBooks, and Harvest Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal oversight A proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast‐paced, remote environment.

Prior experience in a digital marketing or SaaS context strongly preferred Bonus Points For Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Data Bricks Experience building reporting suites for internal executive or leadership teams Experience with developing automated reporting alerts Experience with setting up AI summary of dashboards and reporting Benefits Type: Contractor (1099) Time Commitment: 20 hours/week (flexible schedule within U.S. business hours) Start Date: ASAP Compensation: $50-$120/hour depending on experience Location: Remote (U.S.-based applicants only) #J-18808-Ljbffr
