Job description

Nex-Tech is seeking an outgoing, customer-focused individual to join our Customer Experience team, part-time! As a Cx Specialist, you’ll help customers discover and connect with the Nex-Tech products and services that make their lives easier. In this role, you’ll assist with sales and promotions, prepare customer contracts, process payments, and provide solutions for billing or account questions; all while building relationships that strengthen our communities. This position offers a dynamic, people-centered environment and the opportunity to work in various Nex-Tech offices across our service area.

What You’ll Do:
  • Sell and promote Nex-Tech products and services to meet customer needs

  • Prepare contracts and process customer payments

  • Assist customers with billing questions, account adjustments, and service inquiries

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Occasional weekly travel may be required to support other Nex-Tech office locations.
