Bristol-Myers Squibb Company is hiring a(n)Sr. Manager - Commercialization IT Data Capabilities - US Analytics Solutions (in Lawrence Township, NJ).
Duties: Support the business operation of Commercial Data Warehouse (C-SCAN) for US stakeholders. Ensure data timeliness and quality, and co-ordinate with business users and the stakeholders for access requests and issue resolution. Partner with key BMS Commercial upstream sources to ensure uninterrupted delivery of data using C-SCAN and resolve delivery issues. Establish relationships with key business users to support analytical needs through DEL, SQL workbench and existing Tableau dashboards. Triage incoming business requests through SNOW including access requests, incident observations, change and enhancements. Ensure data is handled, transferred, or processed according to legal and company guidelines. Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field, and two (2) years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or related occupation.
Must have two (2) years of experience with/in:
• Building Commercial IT technology platform strategy supporting C-SCAN or DEL such as AWS Redshift, S3, RDS, SQL editor, data orchestration, and data quality management;
• Leading data operations for the commercial data warehouse (CSCAN) to support the US market, leveraging AWS Redshift, RDS, SQL Workbench, and S3;
• Providing domain expertise in US pharmaceutical data, including PTD, Claims, Patient Journey, NPA, and NSP;
• Managing and optimizing data systems, including Customer Master, InterACT (Veeva CRM), AlignOne, and Enterprise Data Lake (EDL);
• Ensuring seamless operation of KTLO (Keep The Lights On) processes using Python, while driving system performance improvements and cost efficiencies; and
• Assessing system performance and recommending improvements.
