Job description

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day warehouse and inventory activities including receiving, shipping, and counting inventory. Works daily with technicians to ensure they have all the needed parts by issuing equipment and staging parts for scheduled work.
Part Time to Full Time
Willing to work a 5:30 am to 2:00 pm shift.
Starting Pay: $20/hr
Work Environment:
• Warehouse environment
• Set Days and hours for work
Warehouse Specialist:
• Complete various reports and logs as needed
• Ensure equipment return procedures are followed
• Check technician's paperwork to verify all equipment is accounted for before issuing more equipment
• Complete data entry as required
• Pull and stage equipment for the scheduled work
• Complete daily, month end and quarterly counts accurately
• Place orders as needed to keep warehouse properly stocked
• Assist Managers as needed
• Track and address equipment needs
• Keep warehouse facilities clean and orderly
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to calculate basic math figures
• Ability to work with standard office equipment
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Good written and verbal skills
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Ability to work under pressure
• Forklift experience preferred, but not required
• Work well in a team environment
