This is a part-time (up to 29 hours per week) temporary position through October 15, 2026, supporting the migration of information between our property management platforms. While this role is temporary, there is potential for full-time employment with expanded responsibilities based on business needs and performance, although continued employment is not guaranteed.

Students seeking a paid internship are encouraged to apply! This opportunity provides valuable hands-on experience working with business systems, data management, and technology projects in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Requirements:

What You’ll Do:

As a Data Entry Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our data is accurate, organized, and successfully migrated into our new systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Enter, update, and maintain data with exceptional accuracy.
  • Review records for completeness and identify missing or inconsistent information.
  • Support the migration of data between ResMan and Yardi systems.
  • Navigate multiple software platforms and databases efficiently.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to maintain data integrity.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of resident, property, employee, and company information.
  • Communicate project progress, questions, and issues with the Systems & Technology team.
  • Travel to AMP's corporate office and local Austin-area communities as needed to assist with project activities.
  • Provide additional administrative and project support as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • We're looking for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Preferred qualifications include:
  • Comfortable working with computers and learning new software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is preferred.
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, office operations, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • Reliable transportation to our corporate office and local Austin-area properties is preferred.

Why Join AMP?

  • Gain real-world experience supporting large-scale technology implementation.
  • Work alongside an experienced Systems & Technology team.
  • Build valuable skills in data management, software systems, and business operations.
  • Flexible opportunity for recent graduates, students, or individuals looking to gain corporate experience.
  • Potential opportunity to transition into a full-time role with additional responsibilities based on business needs and performance.
  • If you're someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys working behind the scenes to keep systems running smoothly, and wants to be part of an exciting technology initiative, we'd love to hear from you!
