The Malvern School is currently seeking an Assistant Teacher to float between classrooms at The Malvern School of Horsham. This is a part-time position, Monday - Friday.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:45pm-5:45pm (can start earlier if preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented teacher with a passion for Early Childhood Education whose general duties will be as follows.

  • Teacher assists in the implementation of a superior Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and Malvern School philosophy.
  • Teacher maintains a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
  • Teacher communicates regularly with parents, in person and through the use of technology, meeting (or exceeding) parent expectations.

What we need from you:

  • High school diploma and be at least 18 years of age
  • At least 2500 hours (1 year, 4 months) months of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1250 hours (8 months) documented experience with young children in a licensed facility
