We are excited to expand our team and are seeking Licensed Funeral Directors and Embalmers who align with our culture-first hiring philosophy. We are unapologetically dedicated to caring for families in the community, just as we would our own family and we believe that a positive, healthy staff is key to providing the best care. As we grow, we place an emphasis on outreach and aftercare programs to promote healthy healing of grief in the communities we serve.


With our dedicated night call staff, we offer few nights on call. Funeral Director’s schedules are established well in advance, and we have a robust staff appreciation program.


Licensed Funeral Directors must excel in their abilities as a funeral director/embalmer with high aptitude in both cremation and burial arrangements, be competent in basic computer skills, high ethical standards and have a demonstrated commitment to exceeding family expectations. Must have or be able to obtain WI licenses.


We offer competitive compensation, excellent benefits including health, life/AD&D insurance, 401(K) plan with 4% company match. Vacation/Sick paid time off and scheduled time off. License renewal is paid by the company.


This position interacts directly with client families during their time of need and is responsible for creating and maintaining a premier level of client family satisfaction.
