RD Nutrition Consultants LLC, a national leader in clinical nutrition consulting, is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to support a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program in Colorado. This hybrid position offers a flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of older adults.

Position Overview
  • Type: Part-Time, Hybrid
  • Setting: PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly)
  • Schedule: 10–15 hours per week
  • Compensation: $36–$42 per hour (based on experience)
  • On-Site Requirement: One on-site visit per week
  • Remote Work: Approximately 50% of responsibilities may be completed remotely, including documentation and administrative tasks
  • Travel: Paid travel time at the hourly rate
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and follow-up evaluations for PACE participants
  • Develop individualized nutrition care plans based on each participant's medical conditions, nutritional needs, and personal goals
  • Provide nutrition counseling and education to participants, caregivers, and family members
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and the interdisciplinary care team to optimize participant outcomes
