Job description

The Company:
At Abigail’s Oven, we’re connecting you to bread the way it's been made throughout history. With just three perfect ingredients.

The Position:
Perfect part-time or second job! We’re looking for a Sourdough Bread Mixer. The pay starts at $17.00 per hour, for 25-31 hours per week. This job is very physically demanding and requires stamina.

REQUIRED TIMES: Baking hours are Sundays 6-midnight, Monday 6-9 pm, Wednesday 6 pm - midnight, Thursday 5 pm - 1 to 3 am.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 OR OLDER
  • Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Must have or be able to obtain Food Handlers Permit.
  • Entry-level position, no experience necessary, will train on-site.
  • Must be dependable, positive, reliable, and work well with others.
  • Must be good at following instructions, and have good attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients and containers.
  • Mix dough and clean-up.
  • Maintain a sourdough start.
