Description

The Busser/Dishwasher is the backbone of our restaurant operations as they work with the rest of the kitchen crew to keep service moving smoothly along, providing clean service ware to our guests and cooks, and work as a team to keep the kitchen area clean.

Requirements

Washes plateware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans and kitchen utensils according to sanitation and cleaning procedures. Ensures dishes are sanitized and available as needed.

Place clean plate ware, glassware, silverware, utensils and pot/pans on specified shelves according to sanitation and cleaning procedures.

Clear dishes from guest tables in a timely and efficient manner.

Keeps sanitation solutions up to company codes at all times.

Keeps dish areas clean by sweeping, mopping floors, wiping countertops, and emptying trash.

Assist with specific cleaning, organization and miscellaneous duties throughout the restaurant as assigned by the Head Chef or other management.

Adheres to all aspects of closing procedures as outlined in the closing checklist.

Assist with removing trash and recycling from the building as outlined in company procedures.

Attends staff meeting sessions and training, as required.
