Location: Longfellow Hotel, Portland ME
Schedule: Part-Time / Full-Time 
Shift: 6AM – 3PM / 8AM-4PM 
Pay Rate: $21-23/hour

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team! This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about food and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. You'll help us provide high-quality breakfast and lunch service to our guests, maintaining high standards for food preparation, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook daily menus according to established recipes and standards

  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before service begins

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations

  • Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed

  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
