Job Summary

Love crafting thoughtful, strategic content for a premium lifestyle brand?

Invited Clubs is seeking a Content Copywriter who brings creativity, precision, and strategic thinking to every project. This role is ideal for a strong writer who can move seamlessly from high-level campaign concepts to polished execution across digital and print channels.

You won’t just write — you’ll shape messaging that supports membership growth, enhances the Member experience, and brings our “Where You Belong” brand promise to life across more than 130 golf, country, and city clubs nationwide.

This role collaborates closely with Creative, Digital, Regional Marketing, and Club teams to develop compelling, conversion-driven content that reflects the elevated, welcoming nature of Invited Clubs.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and refine compelling copy for:
    • Email campaigns (prospect and Member experience)
    • Membership marketing materials
    • Club-level promotions and event campaigns
    • Landing pages and website content
    • Paid and organic social campaigns
    • Sales collateral and presentations
  • Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and brand standards across all communications
  • Partner with Digital Marketing to support conversion-driven messaging, segmentation strategies, and campaign performance
  • Contribute to messaging frameworks and value propositions for national initiatives
  • Support campaign concepting for club reinventions, membership launches, and brand initiatives
  • Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, punctuation, and accuracy
  • Adapt content for multiple audiences (prospects, Members, corporate stakeholders)
  • Maintain organized workflows in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking and multi-channel execution
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven marketing objectives
  • Comfort working across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong time management skills
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, digital, and marketing teams
  • Understanding of brand voice development and implementation
