Overview
We are seeking a versatile Copywriter who can seamlessly blend UX/product writing, long-form content, and lifecycle/email marketing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, user experience, and conversion strategy. You will partner closely with product, design, and marketing teams to craft clear, engaging, and performance-driven content across multiple touchpoints.
What You’ll Do
- Write and optimize UX and product copy across web, app, and digital experiences to improve usability and engagement
- Develop long-form content including blogs, guides, landing pages, and thought leadership pieces
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including nurtures, newsletters, and lifecycle communications
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure consistent voice and intuitive user flows
- Translate complex concepts into simple, user-friendly messaging
- Support campaign strategy with compelling copy that drives awareness and conversion
- Maintain and evolve brand voice and messaging guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 5+ years of copywriting experience across UX/product, long-form content, and email marketing
- Strong portfolio showcasing product/UX writing, content marketing, and email campaigns
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, and marketing teams
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making
- Strong understanding of user journey mapping and conversion best practices
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
