Role Overview

Serve as the first point of contact for clients and prospective clients visiting the studio. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming experience, guiding studio tours, conducting discovery conversations, and introducing service options and pricing in a clear and professional way.


Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and create a strong first impression

• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals and needs

• Provide engaging tours of the studio and explain the TalkLab process

• Introduce pricing options and help match prospects to the right solution

• Capture notes and support follow-up and onboarding coordination

Referral Partners are responsible for having an initial conversation with potential clients to ensure there is genuine interest in purchasing podcast or content services. Once a qualified introduction is made, the Referral Partner hands the opportunity off to the TalkLab Business Development Representative, who manages the remainder of the sales process.


Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with individuals who could benefit from TalkLab services

• Have an initial conversation to confirm interest in podcast or content creation services

• Ensure referred prospects understand the general value of TalkLab offerings

• Make warm introductions to the TalkLab team or Business Development Representative

• Maintain professionalism and alignment with the TalkLab brand in all interactions


Referral Process

• Engage your network and identify potential clients

• Confirm the individual has interest in exploring podcast or content services

• Submit or introduce the lead to TalkLab

• Transition the relationship to the Business Development Representative for discovery, tours, pricing, and closing

• Stay connected as needed while TalkLab completes the sales process
