Now Hiring Part-Time Sterile Compounding Pharmacist

OurPharma is looking for an individual to join our growing team as a part-time Sterile Compounding Pharmacist. This pharmacist will play a vital role in overseeing and/or participating in all aspects of the preparation and life cycle of sterile compounded products made in the 503B Outsourcing Facility. This position will work collaboratively with a team of pharmacists, technicians, & support personnel, and will be primarily responsible for the following:

  • Participate in OurPharma's robust training program, which includes demonstration of understanding of all policies and procedures relating to the function of this job position.
  • Execute and/or supervise all processes associated with production of compounded sterile preparations while adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Apply principles of aseptic/sterile compounding in overseeing and/or participating in compounding of final drug products, media fills, stability studies and R&D batches.
  • Perform work in a sterile, cleanroom environment following proper hand washing, gloving, and gowning techniques.
  • Monitor/maintain drug inventories and assist in preparing orders for API and related supplies, including continuous inventory updates and audits of controlled substances.
  • Work collaboratively with intra- and inter-departmental staff in a professional manner.
