Job description

Our client is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Administrative Assistant to provide part-time, high-level administrative support during a 12-week temporary assignment. At 20 hours a week, Monday through Thursday, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping calendars and projects organized, managing multiple priorities, and working with data and reporting. What You Will Do:

  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation while supporting compliance tracking and reporting efforts
  • Collect, analyze, and organize data to create reports, presentations, and accreditation-related materials

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Previous experience providing administrative support to executive-level leaders
