WE LOVE OUR WORK.
  • Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. 
  • Provides prompt, courteous beverage refreshment service to casino guests.
  • Maintains accountability for all cash receipts, complimentary charges, drink tokens, room charges, and issue banks. 
  • Keeps informed of continually changing promotional beverages, events, and services. 
  • Maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities. 
  • interacts with guests and co-workers in a helpful, positive, professional, and friendly manner. 
  • Resolves service issues according to established guidelines. 
  • Serves tables in proper order of arrival with exceptions in common sense situations or as ordered by supervisor. 
  • Takes orders and serves drinks to customers. Ensures hot beverages are hot and frozen beverages are frozen. 
  • Cleans and maintains station: empties ashtrays, removes trash, wipes tables, removes empty glasses, pushes in chairs, etc.  Constantly pre-busses stations.
  • Breaks bartenders when necessary. - Knows all drink prices.
  • Completes end of shift checkout and paperwork according to preset standards.
  • Verifies guest is of legal drinking age when unsure. 
  • Provides positive communication and uses Red Carpet Training skills with every patron and co-worker. 
  • Performs duties in a safe manner; reports any potential safety hazards to management staff. 
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
BRING US YOUR BEST.
  • Must be 21 years of age - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. 
  • Previous Beverage experience required; one (1) year of cocktail server experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Cash handling experience required. 
  • Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English. 
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. 
  • Mobility and dexterity to carry and serve a tray of beverages weighing 15 pounds.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. 
  • Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights. 
  • Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment. 
  • Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy. 
  • Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
