Military Construction Program Management Facilities Professional
The Opportunity:
As a facilities manager, you understand that relationship-building and keen attention to detail is crucial when overseeing the life cycle of a project. As an experienced facilities professional at Booz Allen, you can use your client engagement skills to impact projects that will modernize, streamline, and strengthen Military Construction (MILCON) program execution across critical federal infrastructure programs. We need someone like you who is eager to work on complex projects that'll enhance decision-making, support Congressional engagements, and improve facility investment planning for military stakeholders.
On our team, you'll manage challenging projects for sensitive missions from beginning to end while collaborating with senior leadership. You'll oversee a team to develop creative solutions on mission-critical MILCON program management efforts in federal and defense environments.
In this role, you'll closely impact military infrastructure investment planning and program oversight by developing MILCON program guidance, preparing budget materials, tracking project execution, monitoring design authority progress, and assembling high-visibility Congressional Notification packages. With mentoring, exposure to challenging projects, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. You Have:
  • 4+ years of experience supporting MILCON, federal facilities management, or capital investment programs
  • Knowledge of military construction processes, design authority lifecycle, or federal budget analysis
  • Ability to develop program guidance, track project execution, and prepare high-visibility reporting materials
  • Ability to assemble formal government notifications or documentation packages for review and approval
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering, real estate, public policy, or finance field

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience assisting with Congressional engagements or formal federal review processes
  • Experience with MCO 11000.5
  • Knowledge of ETMS2 workflows or MILCON-specific program documentation
  • Ability to manage multi-phase project reporting and construct analytic summaries for senior leaders
  • Master's degree in engineering, real estate, public policy, finance, or a related field
  • PMP, CFM, or relevant facilities or acquisition certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
