Qualifications:
Request for Part Time Construction Manager/ Project Manager
A part time construction manager is needed to assist on multiple projects including but not limited to:
1. Ravenswood temporary water proofing project - Construction of the upper parking deck water proofing and expansion joint installation
2. Ravenswood permanent water proofing project - Construction of the water proofing, expansion joint installation, seal exterior wall, painting, etc.
3. Copans building 5 and building 6 roof and structure replacement - Plan, design, permitting, construction and closing
4. All other projects under Asset Management sections.
The project manager will need to have at least 5 years' experience in roofing, and water proofing with some landscaping and civil works. The project manager will also has to:
1. Write Scope of Work
2. Review and comments design plans, technical specification, cost estimate and others
3. Coordinate schedule and permitting
4. Manage all construction activities includes but not limited to site meetings, coordinating with CEI, review payment, track daily inspection report and activities, review site work as needed
