Post-Construction Cleaning Technician – Apartment Turnovers

We are looking for reliable and hardworking cleaners to perform post-construction cleaning in remodeled apartment units before tenant move-in and final turnover.

Job Duties:
  • Clean newly remodeled apartment units after construction work
  • Remove construction dust, debris, and trash
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize all areas
  • Clean windows, baseboards, doors, walls, and light fixtures
  • Detail kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, and appliances
  • Polish floors and wipe down surfaces
  • Ensure apartments are move-in ready for final turnover
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Previous cleaning or construction cleaning experience preferred
