Job Title: Concierge โ€“ Escape Lounge

Location: Palm Beach International Airport (PBIA)

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Employment Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Must be available weekends and holidays

Shifts: 4:30 a.m. โ€“ 12:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. โ€“ 7:00 p.m.

Job Description

Chandler and Campbelle Investment Group is seeking a customer serviceโ€“focused Concierge to support operations at the Escape Lounge located within Palm Beach International Airport (PBIA). This part-time role is ideal for an individual who understands the importance of hospitality and creating a positive first impression. The Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for guests and is responsible for delivering a welcoming, professional, and efficient lounge experience in a fast-paced airport environment.

The Concierge will greet guests upon arrival, register and check in guests using the lounge system, and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding lounge amenities, memberships, and participating airlines. This role includes processing cash and credit card transactions through a POS system or cash register, completing daily sales and cash-handling documentation, and maintaining accurate passenger count and operational records. The Concierge will also assist with light cleaning and restocking of lounge areas, including bathrooms, buffet, kitchen, or bar areas, and support lounge staff to ensure the space remains clean, stocked, and organized at all times.

Physical Requirements

The role involves frequent movement throughout the lounge and requires manual dexterity to operate POS systems, handle cash, and complete required documentation. Security & Badge Requirements

Candidates must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a TSA-issued airport badge, which includes passing all required background checks, fingerprinting, and security screenings mandated by Palm Beach International Airport and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
