We are looking for a friendly customer-oriented cashier to work in our busy Toyota service department. Position is part-time or full-time and paid hourly. Payroll is processed weekly and we offer direct deposit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system
  • Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket
  • Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
  • Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
  • Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide the same excellent service to customers that you would expect
  • Filing (Service Repair Orders, Parts Counter Tickets, Car Deal Files, Hard Copies)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous dealership experience is a plus
  • Previous cashier experience is a plus
  • MUST have excellent customer service skills
  • MUST have excellent communication skills
  • Friendly demeanor/attitude and must like working with customers
  • Professional personal appearance
