This individual will be onboarded and complete training at our First Texas Honda dealership and then move to North Austin Nissan once the store opens on July 1st!

Are you eager to launch a career in automotive sales by providing essential support to a top-performing team? You will be instrumental in the sales process by ensuring our inventory and showroom are ready for our guests. While you don't need extensive car knowledge to be successful, a strong desire to learn, a customer-focused attitude, and comfort with driving a variety of vehicles are a must!
Job duties include but are not limited to:
  • Assisting Sales Consultants through the process of selling a car
  • Working with various computer programs (training is provided)
  • Driving New and Used vehicles around our 18 acre lot
  • Making sure the cars are gassed up and ready to be sold
  • Getting multiple types of cars to different service facilities to get them ready for sale
  • Prepping new cars for dealer trades
  • Helping your team keep the lot clean and presentable
  • Tracking new and used cars through the recon process

The perfect candidate for this job will have some of these traits:
  • Able to work outside for short periods year round
  • Works well on a small team
  • Always ready and willing to jump in and do your part
  • Good at taking initiative and noticing imperfections
  • Loves the idea of driving lots of different cars every day!
  • Proactive in identifying needs and takes initiative to address them.
  • Love a job where there is a lot of variety in your day to day work
  • OK with working Saturdays and evenings until 7 or 8

What we require from you:
  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered

Hours:
  • This is a part-time position
  • 29 hours per week or less for part-time
  • Flexibility in scheduling within the hours of Monday-Friday from 9am-8pm and Saturday from 9am-7pm

Compensation:
  • Starting at $20 per hour
