Biometrics and Forensics Analyst
The Opportunity:
Support the government in the development, implementation, and annual update of a five-year Science and Technology (S&T) strategic plan. Assist in the identification of biometric and forensic materiel solutions suitable for transition to programs of record. Help synchronize, prioritize, and manage S&T investments, ensuring alignment and de-confliction across enterprise S&T efforts and command research opportunities.
You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience in biometric and forensic S&T and RDT&E
  • 5+ years of experience with systems engineering or project management tools to ensure projects and programs meet the needs of the identified stakeholders
  • 5+ years of experience working with the DoW, USG, OGAs, academia, and industry on research and analysis of technological advances or future trends in biometric and forensic technology
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience organizing and leading workshops, technical exchanges, and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Experience managing complex, multi-organization S&T or capability-development efforts
  • Experience engaging with external partners, including government agencies, research organizations, and industry
  • Experience representing program objectives and technical initiatives in external forums, working groups, and governance bodies
  • Possession of strong coordination skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
