Now Hiring Direct Care Workers (DCW) โ€“ Renaissance House Inc. โ€“ Ypsilanti Location

At Renaissance House Inc., our mission is simple: Quality Services for Quality of Life. We are committed to helping individuals overcome lifeโ€™s challenges by offering supported housing and essential services to marginalized adult populations. We are currently seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team at our Ypsilanti location.

THIS LOCATION IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO EASTERN MICHIGAN CAMPUS.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Pay: Starting at $17.42/hour, with an increase to $17.62/hour after completing training.

Position Availability:

  • Full-Time and Part-time positions available for Morning and midnight shift (8a-4p and 12a-8a).
  • Must be able to work weekends!
  • MUST BE A DRIVER!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide care and support to individuals with mental illness in a large group home setting (15 Bed).
  • Assist with meal preparation, serving, and dining support.
  • Administer medications as prescribed.
  • Engage residents in fun activities to promote socialization and well-being.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED (must be at least 18 years of age).
  • Valid Driverโ€™s License or State ID.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
