We are currently looking for compassionate and reliable Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our growing team in Hillsdale.

Position Details

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available

• Must be able to work Second and Third shifts (3p-11p and 11p-7a)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and support to adults with developmental disabilities in a small group home setting

• Assist with meal preparation, serving, and dining support

• Assist with* personal care tasks*, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene

• Administer medications as prescribed

• Encourage participation in engaging activities that promote socialization and overall well-being

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (must be 18 years or older)

• Valid driver’s license or state ID

• Ability to pass a criminal background check
