Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.
Overview
The part-time Stadium Worker coordinates and executes event changeover, setup, and operations for the facility and other duties as assigned.
This role pays an hourly rate of $16.94.
Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.
This position will remain open until October 30, 2026.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for event changeovers: planning, coordinating, and executing.
  • Inspecting the facility to ensure all event-related tasks have been completed.
  • Partake in part-time operations for non-event tasks or projects, as required, including groundskeeping and general maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain clean conversion equipment and work areas, as well as perform inspections as needed.
  • Assist Operations and Event Staff with additional projects as required.
  • Use and maintain hand and power tools related to job functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of the proper use and maintenance of hand and power tools related to job functions is preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with terminology used in entertainment and convention settings is a plus.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices.
  • Ability to work off-hours, nights, weekends, and some holidays if necessary.
  • Ability to kneel, crouch, reach, maneuver stairs, and lift heavy objects.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically.
