Flex WH Associate/Delivery Driver Position Needed!
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Job description:
If interested in the driving role you must have held a valid Pennsylvania State Driver's License for at least 4 years with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
Paid Weekly: $16/hr
What Your Week Looks Like:
We are looking for both full-time and part-time team members. For our full-time crew, a typical weekly split looks like this:
  • Warehouse Days (Sun-Thurs, 9am-5pm):Picking orders, loading trucks, cycle counting and other general warehouse work.
  • Driving Days (Mon-Fri, 6am-5pm):Hitting the road for customer deliveries.
  • (Part-time schedules can be discussed during the interview).

What we're looking for:
  • Driving Experience:Must have held a valid State Driver's License for at least 4 years with a clean driving record (PA License required upon hire).
  • Proven Track Record:At least 1 year of delivery driving experience AND 1 year of picking/packing experience is preferred.
  • Physical Stamina:Ability to frequently lift and move boxes up to 60 lbs., and comfortably climb in and out of delivery vehicles throughout a shift.
  • Skills:Strong attention to detail, ability to use handheld routing devices/technology, and excellent communication skills (must read, write, and speak English).

Key Responsibilities
On the Road (Driving & Delivery):
  • Safely operate company delivery vehicles (including vans and box trucks) across the greater PA area.
  • Execute local vendor pickups and transport customer orders safely.
  • Load and unload vehicles, safely using hand trucks and dollies to navigate stairs, ramps, and sidewalks.
  • Review orders for accuracy and resolve any customer issues in real time.

In the Warehouse:
  • Use RF scanners to identify, pull, and assemble customer orders.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely (hand trucks, pallet jacks, and carts).
  • Assist with inventory management, including counting, inspecting, and receiving incoming stock.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
