We are currently seeking Part-Time Housekeepers to join our team in Baltimore-Washington DC- BWI Airport. In this role, you will help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests while working alongside a dedicated team. Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays.

What does a day as one of our housekeeper look like?

  • Welcome guests and assist with housekeeping-related requests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas in accordance with company and brand standards.
  • Change bed linens, make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and ensure rooms are guest ready and ensure the quality and brand standards are met.
  • Communicate room concerns, maintenance issues, and lost-and-found items to the Front Desk promptly
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code and grooming standards.
  • Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring all assigned areas are clean, safe, and welcoming.

Qualifications-

  • Must be available to work weekends and holiday
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred but not required
