Your ability to anticipate the needs of bartenders and front-of-house staff, assist with essential bar functions, and uphold high standards of cleanliness directly contributes to delivering a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. Through reliability, teamwork, and a strong commitment to hospitality, you help create an environment where service runs effortlessly and guests can enjoy the exceptional quality and atmosphere that define the Live! Casino & Hotel brand.
Responsibilities
Where You'll Make an Impact:
  • Stock bar items daily.
  • Fill ice bins as needed.
  • Assume duties of bartender and cocktail waitress during breaks.
  • Replace bottles on Easy System, replacing juices and beer kegs.
  • Empty garbage and clean up spills.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members

  • Knowledge of
    • All bar equipment, Easy Bar System, ABC laws and regulations, and gaming laws.

Qualifications
Must-Haves:
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of six (6) months experience in the food and beverage field.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to:
    • Stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaning
    • Handle multi-tasking heavy work-exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 30 pounds frequently
