Job description

We are looking for a Part-Time, Model Cocktail Server to provide a service in a friendly, courteous and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Take orders, reciting selection of all call and premium brands as requested.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on casino floor and lounge.
  • Always maintain cleanliness of guest areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtray.
  • Replenish beverages as requested, frequently checking back with Guest to inquire about satisfaction.
  • Complete side duties including but not limited to replenish straws, napkins and all items needed to fulfill job duties.
  • Check and maintain proper setup and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift.
  • Communicate orders into the system through bartender ensuring transmission is verified.
  • Deliver extraordinary service to every guest while intermingling and entertaining in a professional manner.
  • Participate in in-house modeling programs, special casino events, banquet service functions, marketing campaigns and advertising and performs model/presenter tasks.
  • Requires standing and walking continuously with a tray up to 20lbs throughout the shift.
  • Must present a professional and pleasant appearance and must be able to walk in 1 and half inch heels. You must be on foot for 7+ hours per day in approved footwear.
  • Present good athletic physical condition/body strength necessary; physically toned/fit body image to perform the duties required.
  • Always maintain cleanliness of guest areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtray.
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding casino features, services and assistance.
  • Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Promote Tuscany Suites & Casino in a positive manner.
  • Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Previous Casino Cocktail Server experience preferred but not required.
  • Must have a valid Health Card and TAM Card.
  • Must be able to work all shifts.
  • Applicants must be at a minimum age of 21 years.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors for extended periods in temperatures exceeding 100 degrees.
  • Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
