Overview

A Cocktail Server is responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and beverages to customers in a bar, restaurant, or event setting. This role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring the quality of drinks, managing bar inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

This role pays an hourly rate of $2.13 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities
  • Mix and serve cocktails and other beverages according to recipes or customer preferences.

  • Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Keep track of alcohol and other beverage stock to prevent wastage and ensure availability.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glasses, cleaning countertops, and disposing of waste.
  • Ensure all bar equipment is functioning properly and report any issues for repair.
  • Adhere to all local and state regulations regarding the serving of alcoholic beverages.
  • Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age and refuse service to underage or intoxicated individuals.
  • Process transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit cards, and making change.
