Little or no CNC experience? Not a problem. Begin your career in CNC Manufacturing as a member of our CNC support team!

As a member of our level 1 CNC Support Staff, you will work within a department such as saw, tool crib, assembly, polishing, maintenance, or shipping. Based on your productivity, work ethic, and attitude in that department you will have the opportunity to enter Donson’s 7-week training bootcamp and work your way into a CNC machinist role in our lathe, mill, or EDM departments.

Qualifications/Requirements

· High School Degree (or Equivalent)

· 2 Years Job Experience (part-time/summer jobs okay for those just graduating)

· Be punctual and maintain an excellent attendance record

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

· Ability to stand and walk up to 90% of the day

· Ability to bend, twist, turn, and reach up to 100% of the day

· Ability to work in a shop environment - continuous exposure to potentially hazardous metal working machinery and equipment, loud noises, dust, mist, oils and solvents.
