POSITION SUMMARY:

The CMO is a licensed physician responsible for overseeing and improving clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety. They will also lead the medical staff, develop policies, and collaborate with other executives to achieve organizational goals.

  1. Required – Doctoral degree – Medical degree with board certification, or board eligibility, in chosen field
  2. Required – Current and non-restricted medical license
  3. Required – 5 years experience – Clinical practice, with participation in leadership roles within the medical staff or other health system leadership roles
  4. Required – Prior 3 years experience in a Chief Medical Officer role preferred
