Lincolnshire-Prairie View School District 103 is seeking to fill position for part-time Office Clerk at Daniel Wright Jr. High School effective August 18, 2026
Description:
General tasks of office maintenance regarding students, teachers and parents by utilizing your well-developed social, secretarial, organizational and computer software/application skills
Job Duties:




  • General clerical support to teachers and administrators
  • Answering phones and tours for new or interested families
  • Ability to relate and communicate with a diverse student population in order to build positive relationships
  • Prepare written and on-line communications and other forms of digital communication
  • Monitor visitor access to building, follow District Crisis Plan and safety procedures
  • Greet community members and assist parents/visitors with questions, concerns or item drop off
  • Ability to work with a team in order to create a positive and safe environment
  • Manage incoming mail by receiving and distributing it to the correct recipients
  • Ensure that all outgoing mail is appropriately handled and mailed out in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned by building administration

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office - Must be proficient with Word and have a strong knowledge level in use of Excel

  • Familiarity with office machinery such as copiers, laminators, binding and postage machines
  • Experience working with PowerSchool student information system a plus

Working Conditions:
Wage: Hourly
Work Schedule: 10 Months; Monday Friday 1:00 PM 5:00 PM (on student attendance days)
 


Salary
Starting $18.25/hr based on experience.
